Learn some science, tips and tricks for the art of relaxation and restorative yoga. You will learn the body/mind science of trauma and recovery including Polyvagal Theory and 5 element theory for recovery. You will learn about recovery through the lens of the yogic sutras, yogic maps and learn practices to activate healing and empower you students. You will develop your own sensitivity and ability to teach from the heart which is essential to helping people heal.
This course is open to any one with a min 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certification.
