Our yoga classes and wellness services are designed to support you at any stage of your life, no matter your age or gender.  Our range of classes are accessible to any skill level or ability and our dedicated team will ensure you feel comfortable and supported.

We welcome anyone who may be recovering from an injury, dealing with mental stress or anxiety who are looking to restore their own wellbeing.

Deepen your practice in this experiential course. Perfect for passionate yogis looking to further understand their practice, or for those who are looking to re-invent their career.

Learn key aspects of sequencing, alignment, anatomy and physiology as well as delving into the depths of yogic philosophy. Accredited with Yoga Alliance, Balance Yoga Sydney Teacher Training is led by Kylie Hennessy, senior yogi with over 20 years experience in the yoga industry.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASSES

Yoga Mat

We encourage  you to bring your own mat, however if you don’t have one they are available to purchase at the Studio ($25) or we have some available for you to borrow.

Clothing that allows you to move

You are welcome to wear what you feel comfortable exercising in.  Don’t forget though there will be stretches and bends that require freedom of movement.

Water

It is a great idea to bring a water bottle to allow you to remain hydrated after your class.
