Learn key aspects of sequencing, alignment, anatomy and physiology as well as delving into the depths of yogic philosophy. Accredited with Yoga Alliance, Balance Yoga Sydney Teacher Training is led by Kylie Hennessy, senior yogi with over 20 years experience in the yoga industry.
We encourage you to bring your own mat, however if you don’t have one they are available to purchase at the Studio ($25) or we have some available for you to borrow.
You are welcome to wear what you feel comfortable exercising in. Don’t forget though there will be stretches and bends that require freedom of movement.
It is a great idea to bring a water bottle to allow you to remain hydrated after your class.
